HR Support Apprenticeship
The programme is ideal if you are looking to gain a comprehensive blend of practice (HR, L&D and OD) skills in people practice.
Duration
Typically 12 – 15 months
Initial Assessment
Initial Assessment conducted against the Knowledge, Skill and Behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship to check the programme is the right fit with job role and to check any prior learning. Apprenticeships without Level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of their apprenticeship. We are a Pearson Edexcel centre and can support this area of development.

Level 3
Team Leader & Supervisor Apprenticeship
Duration
Typically 12 – 15 months
Initial Assessment
The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.

Qualifications
This programme can be aligned to ILM or CMI Level 3 Foundation Certificate, a globally recognised industry qualifications, that supports your career progression in Management & Leadership. On completion, apprentices may choose to register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of leadership and management, to support their professional career development and progression.
Level 5
HR People Professional Apprenticeship
The programme is ideal if you are looking to take your HR career to the next level and have the opportunity to start focusing on strategy in your job role and is aligned to the Level 5 CIPD Diploma in People Management. It aims to expand your knowledge of HR so that you gain a deeper understanding of the professional behaviours, strategies, tools and techniques that can add value to your job role, career progression and encourages you to apply your learning as a true business partner and add value to organisational success.

Typically 18 - 20 months

Level 5
Learning and Development Consultant Business Partner
The programme is ideal if you are accountable for ensuring Learning and development contributes to and influences performance in the workplace at individual, team and organisational level. Typically working as a L&D Business Partner or Manager, a Consultant or a specialist in Organisational Development or employee experience. The programme is designed to enhance your skills as a practitioner, providing opportunity to develop strategies to support the business and enhance your own knowledge of different tools and techniques that will add value to you as a practitioner and support the development of culture in your business. The programme supports you to facilitate the development of employees so that they can be the best that they can be. You'll expand your knowledge of learning and development with a combination of core and specialist units.

Senior People Professional Apprenticeship
The programme is ideal if you are working at (or towards) a strategic role in HR, Organisational Development or Learning and Development and is aligned to the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. It aims to expand your specialist knowledge of HR and focuses on principles-led, evidence-based and outcomes-driven practice, developing and embedding knowledge and enhancing skills linked to culture, change, resourcing and talent, employment law and relations as well as reward, learning and development, organisational design and people analytics.

If your business meets the £3m payroll threshold and is required to contribute to the levy, you will receive access to an Apprenticeship Services Account (ASA).

Funds
All levy paying employers can access their funds through the Digital Account Service (DAS).
DAS is an online portal designed to help employers access apprenticeship standards, find training providers and source funding for apprentices through an online service account.
On-line portal
The DAS portal gives you the opportunity to contact training providers and ask their advice on how to use the levy for individuals, teams or organisation wide development.
