Associate Diploma in People Practice

The programme is ideal if you are looking to take your HR career to the next level and have the opportunity to start focusing on strategy in your job role and want to achieve the Level 5 CIPD Diploma in People Management. It aims to expand your knowledge of HR so that you gain a deeper understanding of the professional behaviours, strategies, tools and techniques that can add value to your job role and professionalism, providing operational and strategic insight, so that you add value to organisational success.

Progression
You will be awarded the Associate membership grade and the opportunity to complete further study and the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

CIPD Level 7
Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management 

The programme is ideal if you are working at (or towards) a strategic role in HR, Organisational Development or Learning and Development and is aligned to the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. It aims to expand and deepen your specialist knowledge of HR focusing on principles-led, evidence-based and outcomes-driven practice.  Developing and embedding knowledge and enhancing skills linked to culture, change, resourcing and talent, employment law and relations as well as reward, learning and development, organisational design and people analytics.
